Cash Valuation

This report is used to determine the value based on converting your items into cash. The value associated with this type of appraisal can change based on different criteria but is usually based on comparable market value associated with an orderly liquidation. In extreme cases a lower Liquidation Value may be used when a forced liquidation is necessary.
