FTC makes changes to jewelry guidelines.
The FTC recently made several key changes to it's jewelry guides including removing the term "Natural" to describe mined diamonds. The term "Cultured" was also added to describe laboratory grown Diamonds. The new guides are confusing to the consumer and need further interpretation as lab grown diamonds are becoming increasingly prevalent in today's jewelry market.
